Role Description

The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Royal Center, IN. This position is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, including scheduling jobs, tracking work orders, and ensuring that materials, components, and resources are available to meet production targets. The role involves working closely with production, engineering, purchasing, and management teams to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. The Production Coordinator supports quality and safety standards, updates production metrics, and helps implement process improvements. This role requires hands-on involvement on the shop floor and in the office to ensure smooth, efficient operation of palletizer and conveying equipment production.
