Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Production Management experience in TV, media, or digital video production.
• College degree required.
• Strong understanding of payroll practices and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget coordination and prep within the project tracking system under the direction of the Production Manager.
• Research permits, carnets, travel, and other production logistics as needed with Line Producer.
• Create deliverable timelines and track completion under supervision; confirm shoot deliverables and wrap.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and production logistics; monitor project tracking and timing.
