Job summary

Mojo Fine Jewelry in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Part-Time Production & Operations Associate to ensure every piece is made right, looks right, and ships beautifully. You’ll work side by side with the founder in person, with real responsibility from day one and room to grow as the brand expands.

You’ll handle end-to-end jewelry production, respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with workshops and vendors, manage inventory, pack and ship orders, and support photo days and documentation.

Qualifications

• You are organized and detail-obsessed.
• Experience in operations, production coordination, fulfillment, or similar role (1–2 years). Jewelry, fashion, or luxury experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Basic gemology or jewelry knowledge.
• Experience with inventory systems, shipping, or insured carriers.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and everyday tools like Google Workspace or Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Follow custom and made-to-order fine jewelry pieces from inquiry to completion.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage client relationships from first question through delivery and after.
• Work with workshops and vendors on timelines, revisions, and shipping.
• Keep inventory accurate across finished pieces, loose stones, samples, stock, and returns.
• Pack and ship orders, prepare packaging, care cards, and the unboxing experience.
• Keep order statuses current so clients see accurate timelines.
• Help on photo and content days (styling, steaming, setting up pieces).
• Help manage paperwork for loans, memos, and editorial pulls.

As our Part-Time Production & Operations Associate, you’ll be the person who makes sure every piece we create is made right, looks right, and gets to its new owner beautifully. You’ll work side by side with the founder at our Jupiter studio in person, with real responsibility from day one and room to grow into more as the brand does.

What you’ll do

• You have 1 - 2 years of experience in operations, production coordination, fulfillment, or a similar role. Jewelry, fashion, or luxury experience is a plus, not a requirement.
