The candidate should have a strong background in logistics, analytics, and continuous improvement, with 2+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years experience or a combination of education and training.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production processes and support setting production priorities.
• Collaborate with management to maintain quality standards and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control for optimal resources.
• Review reports to identify nonconformities and drive improvements.
• Monitor metrics and prepare monthly performance data; reduce defects.
• Ensure proper stocking and availability of supplies and equipment.
• Support SPC monitoring and data collection for process improvements.
