Delta Dental of California is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst to oversee production and pre-production batch processing, monitor system alerts, and troubleshoot issues to meet SLAs. You will review dashboards, coordinate triage with vendors and internal teams, and ensure accurate batch turnover and reporting.

The role requires detail-oriented, analytical problem-solvers who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate insights through data visuals.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience with High School education.
• Detail oriented and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of system/software principles and procedures.
• Strong analytical and data visualization abilities.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in fast paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production Batch Processing and pre-production batch processing to meet SLAs.
• Monitor dashboard alerts and batch abends; report non-green statuses immediately.
• Coordinate triage calls with Vendors, Developers, Infrastructure, and other teams as needed.
• Maintain Daily Batch Turnover and monitor batch processing via Scheduling Application.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations using data visualization techniques.
