Job summary

Delta Dental is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst in California to oversee production and pre-production batch processing and ensure SLAs are met. You will monitor batch and system alerts, assess efficiency, and conduct process testing to identify bugs.

Job description

The Associate Operations Analyst will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and pre-production batch/transaction processing to ensure all SLAs are met. This includes monitoring batch and system alerts and monitoring these systems for efficiency, along with process-testing often necessary to identify any potential bugs or problems. When the system is not working properly these analysts may perform documented troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve problems.
