• Maintains and operationalizes portions of the Operations roadmap and milestones.
• Manages cross-functional initiatives, tracking progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Converts data insights into clear operational narratives and actions for the business.
• Shapes initiatives using internal and external insights to guide execution and investment decisions.
• Defines scope, sequencing, ownership, and timelines across teams to reduce friction.
• Translates strategy milestones into executable work plans with accountability.
• Tracks KPIs tied to priorities and communicates progress and value realization.
• Collaborates with Insights to deliver executive-ready progress summaries for leaders.
• Leads enterprise-wide initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders end-to-end.
• Engages business leaders to align goals, constraints, and execution priorities.
