Responsibilities

• Review work orders and verify descriptions match analytical format.
• Verify counts are accurate with counts from the work order.
• Document information such as scrap or quality concerns on the work order.
• Handle hot orders and assist other departments as needed.
• Assemble products using hand tools and test equipment when required.
• Move materials and products safely; perform quality inspections and paperwork.
• Package and crate finished products for shipment and load for transport.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies; wear PPE as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and kaizen events.
