Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Data Scientist to design, build, and deploy ML models and data products that support enterprise initiatives. You will work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex problems into scalable, production-ready solutions in cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on model development, feature engineering, and deployment of production data products, including NLP/L models and RAG, with experience on Azure or AWS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2–5+ years of data science or ML in production.
• Experience deploying ML models in production on cloud platforms.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, and RAG.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze data to drive product optimization.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and data products.
• Build data pipelines and APIs; integrate into production systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Validate models and document results.
