Job summary

Identity Digital is seeking a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer to translate business problems into ML solutions. You will collect and clean data, explore patterns, and design models, deploying them in production and monitoring performance across time zones.

You will work with tools like Airflow, Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks to build reproducible pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Advanced degree in AI/ML preferred.
• 3+ years deploying and monitoring production ML pipelines.
• Strong Python and SQL programming; Shell scripting a plus.
• Deep knowledge in ML topics and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into data, modeling, and ML solutions.
• Collect, clean, transform, and validate data for analysis and model development.
• Explore data to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Design, train, evaluate, and refine predictive or optimization models.
• Select features, algorithms, metrics, and validation strategies.
• Build reproducible data and ML pipelines.
• Deploy models for batch or real-time inference.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for model serving.
• Monitor model performance, data quality, drift, latency, and health.
• Communicate findings with stakeholders and engineers.
• Actively promote Identity Digital values in daily work.
• Other duties as assigned.
