Job summary

Identity Digital is hiring a Data Scientist & Machine Learning Engineer for a hybrid role in Bellevue, WA; Denver or LA. You will build and deploy ML models, translate business problems into data-driven solutions, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable impact.

The role reports to the Director of Business Intelligence and requires 3+ years in ML/production pipelines, with a strong Python/SQL skillset and modern MLOps know-how.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and monitoring production data/ML pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of ML, time-series, anomaly detection, and modern MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into data, modeling, and ML solutions.
• Collect, clean, transform, and validate data for analysis and model development.
• Build reproducible data and ML pipelines and deploy models for inference.
• Monitor model performance, data quality, and operational health.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
