SMF Minonk, part of Etnyre International, is hiring Production Welders in Minonk, IL. You will MIG weld, read blueprints, set up welding equipment, and inspect welds to ensure quality.

This is a fast-paced manufacturing role with safety-first mindset and opportunities for growth. Starting rates vary by experience and test results, with pay levels based on experience, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid holidays.

Starting Rates Based on Experience & Pre-Employment Test Results

• Production Welder A: $27.25
• Production Welder B: $25.25
• Production Welder C: $21.75

Location: Minonk, IL

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
