Job Overview

Seda North America is seeking a Production Mechanic for 3rd shift. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting electrical issues. Starting pay is typically $25+/hr with a shift premium of $1.00/hr. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 11 pm to 7 am. We prioritize work-life balance with no mandatory overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, replace, or change machine parts per specifications
• Repair or adjust equipment and replace worn components
• Clean machines and parts using appropriate tools
• Set up and operate machines, adjusting controls as needed
• Collaborate with Facilities and Mechatronics teams on robotics installation and repairs

Qualifications and Physical Demands

• Experience in a similar mechanic role preferred; manufacturing background advantageous
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics a plus
• Proficiency with hand tools
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for 8 hours
