ResMed Inc. is seeking an experienced Production/Materials Planner to support manufacturing operations in Georgia.

The role focuses on converting production plans into actionable schedules, coordinating material flow, and ensuring timely availability of stock to meet production targets. The candidate will analyze material status, address shortages, and collaborate with purchasing, production, and quality teams to optimize throughput and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5–7 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Ability to use a personal computer.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good math and counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter.
• Familiarity with Windows-based software; Vantage experience a plus.
• Ability to read, comprehend and write basic correspondence; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Opens and releases all production, engineering, and rework jobs with proper authorization.
• Analyze all jobs for completion, material status, and recommend closures.
• Ensure efficient supply of materials to meet production schedules.
• Evaluate material shortages and coordinate with purchasing of stock.
• Expedite materials through receiving and inspection.
• Schedule production to maximize output based on information, equipment, and material availability.
• Prepare and analyze daily production schedules and reports for management.
