Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment required; CDMO/pharma preferred.
• Experience with material flow, inventory management, and cleanroom operations preferred over warehouse background.
• Regular, predictable on-site attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor production schedules and anticipate material needs across cleanrooms and production areas.
• Continuously stock and replenish workstations, production lines, and staging areas to prevent material delays.
• Serve as primary contact between manufacturing and warehouse for floor-level material needs.
• Communicate with supervisors and operators to stay ahead of schedule changes and material gaps.
• Verify materials against batch records prior to issuance for GMP compliance.
• Maintain accurate GMP/GDP documentation for material transactions and reconcile materials on return.
