Penumbra, Inc. is seeking a Production Material Handler I to help manage inbound and outbound materials and Kanban levels in our production areas. The role emphasizes accuracy, logging, and ERP/MRP-based transactions with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with relevant factory experience, strong computer skills, and good communication abilities. The position runs on day shift, and safety and quality compliance are essential components of daily tasks.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year manufacturing experience
• Computer experience and ability to follow written instructions
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices helpful
• Background check required
• Day shift hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Responsabilidades

• Maintain logs for material receipts, issues, returns and Lot control.
• Keep accurate Kanban inventory levels and reconcile shortages/overages.
• Process daily material issues and returns.
• Label and stock materials; record inventory locations.
• Locate materials listed on production orders.
• Monitor Kanban inventory levels in designated production areas.
• Perform material transactions using ERP/MRP or paper forms/documents.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Assist with various projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Process material requests to support manufacturing production.
