Job summary

ThermoSafe in Tupelo, MS is hiring a Material Handler to support daily production and warehouse operations by moving materials, components, and finished goods to the right places.

You will operate forklifts and other handling equipment, prepare items for shipping, and maintain accurate inventory records while following 5S and safety procedures.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in material handling, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of material handler experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and support warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to production areas to support uninterrupted flow.
• Prepare WIP and finished goods for internal movement or shipment.
• Move WIP, finished goods, scrap to designated areas.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely with pre-use inspections.
• Load/unload trailers and verify documentation.
• Assist inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete production, inventory, and quality records accurately.
• Work overtime to support schedules and deadlines.
