Job summary

Oldcastle APG, part of the CRH family, seeks a dedicated individual to support the Operations Manager in scheduling, inventory, and purchasing of raw materials. This role involves analyzing sales orders, issuing production schedules, and maintaining communication on material status.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, some college coursework, and strong computer skills in Excel and Word, with the ability to lift and multitask in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework in business preferred.
• Computer skills in Excel and Word are required.
• Ability to learn product technical information.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a limited basis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales order releases regarding capacity planning and material requirements.
• Issue production schedules to maximize on-time delivery.
• Maintain communication with production and purchasing on material status.
• Order and supervise unloading of raw materials.
• Assist in delivering safety training as needed.
