Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years planning, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, or engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field a plus.
• SAP Materials and Planning experience a plus.
• Experience with inventory management for order quantities, safety stock, and obsolescence.

Responsibilities

• Daily material planning review and execution of production orders.
• Collaborate with planning and suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
• Interface with other departments to determine technical and manufacturing requirements.
• Process Engineering Change Order releases for updates to manufacturing and vendors.
• Track deliveries, obtain proof of delivery, and resolve invoicing issues.
• Manage inventory levels including order quantity, safety stock, excess and obsolete items.
• Attend production meetings and provide regular metric updates.
• Perform tasks and projects as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Maintain data and prepare reports using SAP and Microsoft Office.
