Automation Personnel Services, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled Production Materials Mixer with extrusion or blow molding experience to join our growing manufacturing team on a full-time, temporary-to-hire basis.

Responsibilities include operating extrusion and blow mold machinery, monitoring performance, documenting quality results, and performing color and material changeovers. Training will begin on the day shift before transitioning to nights; overtime and weekend work may be

• Minimum of 3–4 years recent experience operating extrusion, blow mold, or plastics manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be able to safely work around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ability to train on a day shift prior to transitioning to nights.

Production Materials Mixer

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Production Material Mixer in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with extrusion, blow molding, or plastics manufacturing experience who are looking to join a stable and growing company.

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday 4:30 pm – 12:30 am (Training will be in the morning). Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Production Materials Mixer Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion and blow mold machinery to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Perform product quality inspections and accurately document results.
• Complete color and material changeovers according to production schedules.
