Kapco Inc. in Grafton, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist on 1st or 2nd shift to help maintain production flow by delivering materials, packaging, and supplies to work centers, and by moving finished goods as needed.

You will assist production operators, maintain accurate identification and organization of materials, and support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Delivers materials, packaging, and supplies to production work centers.
• Assists with routine tasks that support operation efficiency.
• Maintains accurate identification and organization of materials, parts and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support to production operations to help maintain continuous workflow and minimize downtime.
• Responsible for delivering materials, packaging, and supplies to production work centers while ensuring finished goods and other materials are removed in a timely manner.
• Assembles and prepares packaging materials to meet production and shipping requirements and transports materials around the facility using powered equipment.
• Monitors production areas to anticipate material and packaging needs before shortages impact operations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following housekeeping and safety procedures.
