Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or labor preferred.
• Willingness to learn for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist production personnel with manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products.
• Prepare products for processing, packaging, and shipment.
• Perform basic equipment operation and monitor production processes.
• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Maintain proper organization and storage of materials.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, palletizing, and staging products for shipment.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Remove scrap materials and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Assist with facility cleaning and general upkeep.
• Support maintenance and warehouse personnel as needed.
• Follow all company safety rules, wear PPE, inspect products for defects, and report concerns.
