Job summary

Bradley Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Stockroom Helper to support the parts room in daily operations, ensuring organized storage and readily available parts. This role involves light inventory counting, stocking shelves, and helping the parts department with general tasks.

Ideal candidates follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and can work independently or as part of a team. Prior stockroom or warehouse experience is preferred but not required, and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail.
• Basic counting and organizational skills.
• Ability to keep accurate counts and identify inventory discrepancies.
• Basic computer skills are helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and putting away incoming parts and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly parts room.
• Perform light inventory counting and assist with routine cycle counts.
• Compare physical part quantities with inventory records and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Label, sort, and organize parts on shelves and in designated storage areas.
• Help locate and retrieve parts for technicians and other team members.
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
• Notify the supervisor of low stock, damaged items, or missing parts.
• Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and tracking parts and supplies.
• Perform other general stockroom duties as assigned.
