Job summary

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client Manufacturing, is seeking a Production Helper to join the production team in California. The role supports daily operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and following instructions to keep lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will follow Operational Standard Work, wear required PPE, and participate in visual product inspections while helping with loading/unloading and equipment operation during the 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading and unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting safe work habits.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to help ensure quality, while maintaining housekeeping and general maintenance in the work area.

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions to keep production running smoothly.

Pay Range: $19.5

Shift: 6AM-2:30PM

What's the Job?
