Job summary

Lippert in Goshen, IN is seeking a Material Coordinator to ensure timely material flow for chassis production. You will resolve BOM and printing issues, manage part calls, and support line readiness daily. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with production, warehouse, and consumption teams, with training provided for listed processes and equipment. Full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; forklift experience beneficial.
• Forklift license is required or training offered.
• Experience with D365 and inventory control desired.

Responsibilities

• Investigate material issues at plant level.
• Deliver all parts calls to the line and log them in the system.
• Enter calls into LCI Audit app and report BOM/print issues.
• Support production with parts until release and coordinate shortages.
• Coordinate with managers and leads to resolve BOM/print inaccuracies.
• Monitor production schedule and ensure material readiness.
