Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to safely demonstrate material handling with tow motor and overhead crane (Jib/Gantry experience a plus).
• Must read and understand metric/standard tape measures; perform basic arithmetic without a calculator.
• Strong written and verbal communication; driven team player who learns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Keep materials moving by receiving, inspecting, and unloading shipments accurately.
• Track and manage inventory through ERP systems for real-time accuracy.
• Maintain organized storage for raw materials and finished goods.
• Stage materials to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Replenish stock proactively and support cycle counts.
• Operate lift trucks and crane hoists to transport materials safely.
• Maintain clean work area and handle scrap properly.
• Read schedules, plan ahead, and support production flow.
• Follow safety and quality standards and collaborate with the team.
• Report issues promptly and be ready to take on additional duties.
