Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a dependable Production Material Handler to keep materials, components, and finished goods flowing through our facility on the 1st shift.

You’ll operate forklifts, stage materials, load and unload trucks, maintain inventory accuracy, and document production activities, while prioritizing safety and efficiency on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read work orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification (we'll help you get there).
• Comfort working around machinery, noise, and typical manufacturing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility
• Stage materials and components at work centers to support production
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment safely
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks using proper procedures
• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and organize materials in designated locations
• Prepare and package finished products for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Complete inventory, shipping, and production-related documentation and data entry
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe production environment
