Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Operate pallet jack and forklift as necessary to move materials.
• Deliver material to and from workstations to maintain production flow.
• Follow processes and procedures in the Production area.
• Complete forklift pre-inspection as required.
• Compare Confirmation Sheets and material tickets to verify correct material is used.
• Examine material, verify part numbers and check for damaged or unmarked parts.
• Ensure parts are properly identified with correct part labels.
• Handle scrap and rework parts per work instructions.
• Train new employees as needed.
• Enter daily production data into the computer system.
• Maintain 5-S in the work area; keep it clean and organized.
• Work safely, wear PPE, and report unsafe items or practices.
• Support safe and healthy work environment by following safety policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
