Job summary

Colormasters, LLC is seeking a warehouse forklift operator in Alabama to load and unload materials, maintain stock, and support production schedules.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, a High School diploma, and safety-conscious teamwork. Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to read manuals; experience with pallets and inventory is a plus. This is an on-site, non-exempt position with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years forklift experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Safety conscious and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material using forklifts.
• Maintain storage area organization.
• Review production schedules to determine required stock for each press.
• Operate forklift to retrieve materials from storage locations and transport to the appropriate area.
• Ensure adequate quantities are available for each job.
• Return unused stock to storage.
• Supply converting machines with required materials.
• Monitor raw stock levels and notify designated personnel of shortages.
• Take physical counts of roll stock.
• Unload shipments and verify quantities for storage.
• Move finished goods using a pallet jack.
• Document production paperwork and packaging tasks.
