Job summary

Lippert in Alabama is seeking a Material Handler responsible for moving raw and finished materials through production, coordinating with the manufacturing team, and ensuring smooth flow of chassis parts.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to operate a forklift, read work orders, and meet production deadlines; you will adhere to safety policies and contribute to a reliable supply chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Lift truck/operator license preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and policies.
• Maintain raw material inventory and unload deliveries.
• Coordinate paperwork at material receipt.
• Move raw materials through production areas.
• Move chassis through production areas.
• Move completed chassis to holding or coating areas.
• Move completed chassis to drying or holding areas.
• Maintain exterior yard (plowing, grading).
• Rotate position within production team as needed.
• Assist in repairs as necessary.
