Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking motivated team members for its manufacturing operations. This role involves moving materials and finished goods to assigned locations, staging production jobs, completing paperwork, and supplying presses with correct materials, all while following safety rules.

You will investigate inventory variances, restack finished goods, and actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives such as 5S and STW activities, contributing to a safer, more efficient

• Move raw materials, finished goods, etc. to their assigned locations.
• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, fit, form and function.
• Stage and conduct production job accurately, complete paperwork and supply the presses with correct materials.
• Investigate inventory accuracies.
• Restack finished goods.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
