Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems and related data ensure accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time at Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate parts, assemblies, and documentation to meet schedules.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/MES systems; reflect material movement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production to resolve shortages and delays.
• Monitor work order progress and communicate part status to leadership.
• Support production planning by requesting kits, staging materials, and coordinating transfers.
• Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving and Inventory to process materials correctly.
• Generate and maintain production reports, material trackers, and build documentation.
• Support continuous improvement to improve material flow, data accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with ITAR/export control requirements.
