We're supporting a well-established precision manufacturing business in the Lebanon, NH area that is looking to appoint an experienced Production Controller to join its operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating production activities, ensuring materials, resources, and manufacturing schedules are aligned to meet customer delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Coordinate work orders, materials, and capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Purchasing teams.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and help drive improvements to production flow.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data and production reports.
• Support inventory accuracy and material availability.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience in a Production Controller, Production Planner, Master Scheduler, or Manufacturing Planner position.
• Background within a precision manufacturing environment such as aerospace, optics, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, machining, electronics, or advanced manufacturing.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and production planning.
