Job summary

US Premier Tube Mills in Indiana is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to optimize manufacturing by managing MOs, creating schedules, and aligning raw material and finished goods with plant goals. You will back up the Senior Production Planner, monitor downtime and efficiency, and collaborate across teams to meet customer orders on time.

Experience with ERP systems and inventory software, strong Excel skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related manufacturing role.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and generate all MOs for slit coils and finished goods through MRP software.
• Create and update daily production schedules to support plant goals.
• Monitor and analyze MRP data to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
• Back up Sr Production Planner and assist with scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and improve data quality.
