Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related agricultural field.
Willing to relocate for training and first managerial assignment.
Able to work an average 48-hour week; may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft software.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Learn and become certified in all farm departments and processes.
Develop reports on experiences and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in environmental health, biosecurity, and EMS compliance.
Provide leadership within a department once certified.
Be on call for emergency situations and participate in the Manager Training program.
