Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead the day shift in our Oregon wood pellet facility. You will coordinate the production team, uphold safety standards, and optimize quality and efficiency across all systems.

You must have 3–5 years of leadership in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, strong English communication, and a continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities include coaching; monitoring performance; maintaining logs; and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Direct wood pellet manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, train and mentor.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• English proficiency required to read and execute safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the production crew, ensuring safety and a safe working environment.
• Set shift standards for housekeeping, quality and productivity.
• Monitor shift performance and coordinate improvement initiatives.
• Administer the team’s personal development program.
• Oversee operations of all pellet production systems and maintain logs.
