Job summary

Röhm is seeking a Production Manager for the Osceola, AR facility to lead all manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control. The role requires coordinating with Maintenance/Engineering, ESHQ, and other functions to optimize output while upholding strict safety and environmental standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years in manufacturing, and 3+ years in supervision, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing supervision/management.
• Excellent human relations skills.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities autonomously.
• Familiar with Process Safety, Environmental and Quality Programs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all production operations.
• Lead and direct manufacturing activities to optimize output and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement through TPM and production metrics.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering and ESHQ for safety and quality goals.
• Use SAP and BW to monitor costs and performance.
• Develop direct reports and provide performance feedback.
• Represent the plant in community relations and internal projects.
