Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. in Newton, Iowa, is seeking a Production Manager to plan and direct production activities and staff, upholding a strong safety culture and delivering quality on time.

You will monitor plant performance, coordinate with department managers, set targets, train key talent, and ensure operations run across three shifts, with overtime as needed, while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in manufacturing
• Experience in leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct production activities and staff to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.
• Monitor plant performance and create reports/metrics to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with departmental managers to meet manufacturing objectives in a cost-effective manner.
• Set performance targets, review progress, and train key talent for succession.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards and promote a positive culture.
