We're seeking a Production Manager who is energized by leadership, driven by operational excellence, and excited to play a key role in the next chapter of our growth.

The Production Manager is responsible for the leadership, development, and operational performance of White Crane Construction’s production team. This includes hiring, training, evaluating, and managing Project Managers, field personnel and White Crane Trade Partner’s. The role ensures the seamless integration between design and production phases, overseeing redlines, pricing, and scheduling to maintain control over project execution timelines and profitability.

The Production Manager plays a critical leadership role within the organization and is a key member of the White Crane Leadership Team. Success in this position directly supports the company’s strategic growth, production quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage performance of all Project Managers and field staff
• Hire, onboard, and retain top-performing Project Managers and field personnel
• Develop and implement a training and development plan for all production team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching in alignment with White Crane’s evaluation process
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the production team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Manage and actively engage with Trade Partner relationships including onboarding new trades, negotiating terms and pricing on projects, and maintaining professional relations with all trades.
• Track trade partner performance, including rework, callbacks, and quality issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Exercise authority to correct, pause, or remove trade partners when standards are not met, in collaboration with the GM and Project Managers
• Collaborate with preconstruction team to ensure seamless project handoffs
• Accountable for obtaining job permits including communication with zoning and building code
• Review and approve production-related pricing and project redlines prior to construction start
• Set and execute quarterly "rocks" (strategic goals), and actively contribute to the Leadership Team's initiatives and company goals
• Identify and plan for future production capacity needs to support company growth goals
• Lead regular production team meetings and one-on-one check-ins with direct reports
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
• Promote and enforce safety standards across all field operations
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working collaboratively to identify solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Foster positive client relationships that support referrals, repeat business, and the company's reputation.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management, field operations, or production leadership
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business Administration, or a related field – or equivalent field experience
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving results in a dynamic construction environment

$105,000-$125,000 base pay based on experience
Signing bonus.
