Job summary

Sinomax-USA seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee Mattress In a Box (MIB) production lines, requiring deep knowledge of production procedures and workflow management. You will directly supervise personnel, make decisions, and solve problems to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities include objective formulation, cost calculations, resource planning, quality control, safety enforcement, and training delivery to ensure deadlines and specifications are met in a climate-controlled

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of production supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of production management.
• Understanding of quality standards and health and safety practices/regulations.
• Knowledge on performance evaluation and personnel management.
• Budgeting concepts.
• Proficient in MS, FK, SAP, Allen Bradley, ERP software.
• Communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Expertise in foam and cutting machines.

Responsibilities

• Formulate objectives, calculate costs, and understand requirements for the MIB lines.
• Organize the cutting and MIB workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor production to resolves issues.
• Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.) needed to ensure output meets quality standards and required work orders.
• Enforce safety precautions.
• Provide required training to personnel.
