Job summary

Sinomax USA, Inc. is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Production/Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift. This full-time role starts immediately after background and drug screening.

Schedule is 3:00pm-2:00am, Mon-Fri, overseeing multiple lines and leading production teams to meet goals. The candidate will develop process optimization strategies, monitor metrics, and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance while coordinating with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of production equipment, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in scheduling systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, extended hours, and some weekends as needed.
• Understanding and adherence to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ability to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to hear and see clearly.
• Willingness to assist in other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process for multiple lines or shifts, ensuring operational goals are met.
• Supervise production teams by providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to Leads and team members.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support production goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for safety, quality, and production issues.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company-specific regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for management during production escalations or emergencies.
• Perform specific tasks as required for the production line.
• Follow all safety policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
