Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant activities.

• Enforce food safety, personal safety, GMP, and HACCP standards.
• Ensure production efficiencies, quality targets, and staffing requirements are met.
• Prepare daily efficiency and production reports.
• Verify HACCP documentation and monitor compliance.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues; coordinate with maintenance.
• Ensure accurate product identification, weighing, and warehousing.
• Maintain complete and accurate production paperwork.
