Job summary

kSARIA in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production-related communication and coordination across company resources for each product. The role requires knowledge of harness manufacturing, materials, and manufacturing processes within an aerospace-like quality environment.

You will supervise resources, coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement in tooling, processes, and production flow.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience to understand new design opportunities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Managing Resources in a production environment to achieve on-time delivery
• Process flow optimization

Responsibilities

• Understand harness manufacturing aspects and material/manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with all departments to meet or exceed customer requirements
• Provide production status and advice on issues affecting on-time deliveries
• Manage manufacturing resources to optimize efficiency and drive performance
• Maintain manufacturing tooling and equipment and implement processes for production
