Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field plus four years of related experience.
• Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing implementation experience and knowledge of quality systems in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Experience with root-cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material flow and subassembly readiness across the Fort Worth facility.
• Lead cross-site production support activities with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Manage planning, delivery schedules, and NCR resolution to ensure on-time builds.
