Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is a manufacturing leader, seeking to drive daily production operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage production teams, coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain, and ensure safe, high-quality output.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, waste reduction, and continuous improvement through lean initiatives. You will coach and develop staff, foster collaboration, and help meet cost, safety, and delivery objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing production leadership.
Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems.
Data-driven mindset with ability to improve KPIs and reduce waste.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities and coordinate with cross-functional partners including maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Use operational data to track KPIs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency and throughput.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
Meet cost, safety, and delivery objectives.
Coach, develop, and motivate employees while promoting an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
