Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and efficiency targets.
• Develop and implement policies to optimize productivity and quality.
• Mentor production supervisors and line workers toward continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to hit targets.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality to streamline processes.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and company policies are followed.
• Identify and drive cost-saving and waste-reduction initiatives.
