Job summary

Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager at the Ayer, MA site. You will oversee manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, productivity, cost targets, and team development, using KPIs to drive improvements and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical, Business or Mechanical Engineering.
• Several years of progressive supervisory/management experience in plant operations within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Knowledge of GMPs and familiarity with SOPs.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, employee involvement techniques, and change management.
• Basic understanding of OSHA and FDA regulations.
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to practical applications.
• Excellent follow-up skills and results-oriented with strong team involvement.
• Ability to lead and drive change while maintaining high employee engagement.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining a positive working environment
