The ideal candidate has 5–10 years as an engineer in an industrial environment, 3+ years in engineering management, and experience with Lean and Six-Sigma in industrial settings.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–10 years as an engineer in an industrial environment.
• 3+ years in an engineering management role.
• Experience completing capital projects in an industrial setting.
• Regulated environments knowledge (OSHA/EPA).

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a project engineering team to meet plant needs and successfully execute projects.
• Lead and manage project engineers to improve manufacturing operations, safety, and cost/lead time via capital and technology projects.
• Identify project opportunities, vet ideas, and lead/participate from concept to implementation.
• Projects include equipment replacement/upgrade, new technology applications, and process development.
• Team owns projects from start to finish: requirements, specs, RFQ, purchase agreements, acceptance criteria; budgets and tracking.
