Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan production operations for locations and establish priorities to meet customer promise dates.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate department activities to ensure product quality and on-time output.
• Actively participate in process improvement, upgrades, and projects.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and work with other distribution process owners to optimize costs and customer service.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and training to support a productive work environment.
