Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan production operations and establish priorities to meet customer promises.
• Prepare schedules and coordinate activities to meet specifications and track daily output.
• Participate in process improvements and project upgrades.
• Coordinate maintenance with Engineering to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and align with distribution owners to optimize costs and service.
• Manage employee relations, scheduling, and performance-related actions.
• Ensure safety and quality programs are followed and training provided.
• Assist budgeting with Manufacturing leadership for cost-effective processes.
